  • We love to offer our clients, who can range in numbers from 50 to 1000, a fresh and vibrant selection of delicious buffet items.

    This will generally be roasted meats of which the pork is supplied by Long Acre Farm which is local and paddock raised heritage pork, our chicken choices which are also free-range, and naturally New Zealand lamb and beef on the buffet. This may be accompanied by our fresh and vibrant in-house salads or the traditional roast vegetables.

    We are a fully mobile catering service, with a can-do attitude and will do our best make your event stress-free and memorable. With the help of our mobile kitchen, this makes your site choices endless.

    Owners, Rick and Nairn, are only too happy to meet with you and help design your menu. They will come to your venue, front paddock or beachfront to get a feel for the day and assist in any way possible.

    A speciality area of ours is the spit-roasted porchetta pig. An unforgettable eating experience with a Long Acre pig on the spit and our secret herbs and spices. long and slow is how we cook this and how it should be eaten.
